Why my sizzle fizzle plants don’t curl? 😕

My plant has been struggling for a while. It's very droopy. I just watered it. (Amount and frequency recommended by Greg.) And the bases of the shoots are not looking good. I want to repot it, maybe that will help? Any suggestions are very appreciated.
