PalmPro Massager for Hand Pain & Arthritis

Had no idea this even existed or that I needed it but you know what? I’d buy it again. Okay, actually I did. Both for arthritis and for self care days when I want to pretend I’m at a resort having every hands massaged. But seriously, it’s a great device and worth it!

I was skeptical about getting this device as it didn't have any rollers for your hands. After trying it on both hands multiple times per day for around a week or so now, I can tell you it absolutely works.  This applies so much pressure to the hands and wrist area with its hundreds of little nubs that it almost instantly relieved pain in my joints and wrist. My fingers also felt a lot more flexible as well.  I would highly recommend this device to anyone who has a need for hand joint or wrist care. My hands are probably a little the larger side so in terms of pressure settings, I could feel it well enough at a lower setting. If you have smaller than average hands, you may need to use pressure setting 4, 5 or 6.  Overall a great investment. Battery charged in full will get you a couple hours of repeated use in 15 minute sessions.

It is big, but it works and I can put my hand and wrist in for a massage. Carpal tunnel hopefully gets better.

I absolutely love this machine. I sew a lot and this is my best friend at the end of the day. I am showing early signs of arthritis and this is helping alleviate some pain. The yellow roller cut my hand up after trying it once. I can see on the rubber part it is not smooth. Probably will never use it again after that one time. But the machine itself is lovely. I normally choose one of the settings with an intensity and always put the heat on with it. The vibration setting doesn’t do much for me so I never really use it. It’s easy to use and one charge lasts awhile.

I have two, one that was a quarter of the price and this one, you get what you pay for. I keep this one on my desk at work.
