After secretly tying the knot in a private ceremony in Ibiza earlier this month, Alicia Vikander and Michael Fassbender traveled to Italy for their honeymoon.
The newlyweds were spotted at Osteria del Cappello restaurant in Bologna Sunday, where they graciously posed for photos with restaurant staff. Vikander, 29, and Fassbender, 40, stayed at a bed and breakfast called Relais dell’Abbazia, according to an Instagram photo from the hotel owner’s son.
The actors were also spotted touring Verona and Florence.
The Oscar-winning actress and Fassbender wed at La Granja farmstead resort surrounded by friends and family. Vikander and Fassbender met while playing a married couple in 2014’s “The Light Between Oceans.” Although they were rumored to be a couple, they didn’t step out together publicly until the 2016 Golden Globe Awards.
