Absolutely horrible experience. My record player was described as having a cracked dust cover, and it arrived in a box that was falling apart. There was no cushion on the inside either, shattering the dust cover and breaking the needle. The item was completely unusable. Seller refused to give me a partial refund to replace the parts, putting me through the hassle of returning it. Seller is very difficult to get ahold of. Extremely disappointed.

It would have been great if the fight stick was shipped with more "discreet packaging" as it was left on my front porch and could have easily been stolen as you could clearly see what the item was just by looking at it. Good thing I was home when the item arrived. The item was advertised as being "new" however the "instruction manual" was nowhere to be found in the box. There was also some sticky residue on the plexiglass of the fight stick. Other than that, I am satisfied with my purchase.
