吃饭需要遵守什么样的礼仪？如何让孩子们感激食物、把“聚餐”视为一项与家人朋友分享爱的仪式？这堂课保函基本的“餐桌礼仪”，和一个短短的Meditation帮助孩子们养成良好的餐桌习惯。

这套教案包括2堂课程，4张海报和2张作业。

Let kids practice sharing and social eating in a way to inspire mindful eating with the "Share Food, Share Love" challenge! Children will understand and repeat mealtime contemplations, describe and practice good table manners, initiate a conversation at the dining table and express how foods taste and make them feel.

Subjects tackled through activities includes art, language proficiency and teamwork.

The "Share Food, Share Love" challenge consists of two lesson plans, four posters, and two homework sheets.
