哦，蘇珊娜（英語：Oh! Susanna），又譯噢，蘇珊娜，是由美國作曲家史蒂芬·福斯特於1847年所編寫的一首英文鄉村民謠，1848年發布，並曾經風靡全球。它不但是史蒂芬·福斯特所著的最有名的歌曲之一，也是歷史上最有名和最流行的美國歌曲之一。「哦，蘇珊娜」有時亦被視為兒歌。歌名中的「蘇珊娜」可能是史蒂芬·福斯特的姐姐，夏洛特·蘇珊娜·福斯特(Charlotte "Susanna" Foster, 1809-1829)，她在史蒂夫·福斯特三歲時病逝。

流行

在這首歌曲出現之前，沒有哪個美國歌曲能夠賣出5000份，而《哦，蘇珊娜》則售出超過10萬份，可見其當年的流行程度。幾乎與此同時，美國西部發現金礦，到1849年大批淘金者就是唱著這支生動、活潑的歌直奔加利福尼亞的。後來這首歌曲又飄洋過海，傳到了整個世界，並受到各國人民的喜愛。

華語改編

1932年，該歌曲傳入中國，由音樂人黎錦暉作詞改編為中文歌曲《蘇三不要哭》。歌詞中的地名也改成了中國地名，並加入了一些符合中國歷史環境的新內容，人名也由蘇珊娜音譯成了中文名蘇三（與傳統戲曲《玉堂春》裡的蘇三並非同一人）。演唱者為王人美。1961年的粵劇電影《戇姑爺》中姐妹相認的橋段也使用了這段旋律。粵劇《伶仃洋》和《刁蠻公主》也用到了這段旋律。

香港歌手許冠傑曾將此曲改編為粵語流行曲《有酒今朝醉》。而香港填詞人鄭國江亦將此曲改編為兒歌《齊齊望過去》（1971）和《童年極有趣》（1991）。此曲亦被改編為賀年歌《齊齊賀下你》（粵語）、《齊聲恭喜你》（國語）。

中國大陸冷飲品牌蜜雪冰城將這首歌改編成品牌宣傳曲，並發布於視頻網站bilibili，因魔性的動畫和朗朗上口的旋律和歌詞，一時間在青年群體中廣泛熱議，並在bilibili、抖音短視頻和新浪微博等社交平台上都出現許多創作。

2022年於中國大陸推出的防疫歌曲《做酸酸》亦是改編自此首歌曲。

有人也曾把李煜的《浪淘沙令·簾外雨潺潺》用此曲的韻律唱出來。(國語)
